Contributing to the double-digit growth target
Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Chairman of Hai Phong City Labor Federation - assessed that the emulation movement "Good Labor, High Productivity, Good Income" has become an important driving force to promote labor productivity, technology innovation and improve the competitiveness of city enterprises, contributing to building a modern Hai Phong 4.0 worker team, adapting to digital transformation and international integration.
The effectiveness of the movement also contributes to helping businesses increase productivity, reduce costs, and increase profits, thereby having more conditions to improve salaries, bonuses and welfare for employees. Business development also contributes to increasing budget revenue, creating more resources for investing in social housing, infrastructure and social security projects.
In the 2026-2031 period, Hai Phong City Labor Federation continues to promote and promote the effectiveness of key movements, taking productivity, quality, initiatives, and technical improvements as the focus, striving to have at least 100 initiatives awarded Creative Labor Certificates annually.
In 2026 alone, the emulation movement "Good Labor, High Productivity, Good Income" is expected to continue to ignite the intelligence and creativity of workers and employees, contributing to Hai Phong's GRDP growth target of 13% or more.
Therefore, from now until the end of 2026, Hai Phong City Labor Federation continues to innovate the movement, strongly focusing on grassroots levels, focusing on improving productivity, quality of human resources, digital transformation, green economy, circular economy and building a modern worker contingent.
Trade union levels continue to discover, nurture, and replicate advanced examples; honor initiatives, new models, and exemplary workers and laborers. At the same time, strengthen coordination with employers to care for material and spiritual life, build a safe, harmonious and progressive working environment, creating conditions for employees to feel secure in contributing, creating, and long-term commitment.
