The second quarter of 2025 is the time when the Hanoi labor market needs many workers to work in all fields and occupations. In addition, in recent times, the Government and the city have had many policies and regimes to support businesses to promote growth and development, requiring a human resource to meet production and business activities.
According to Mr. Vu Quang Thanh, through the Center's synthesis, in the second quarter of 2025, businesses need to recruit many workers in 5 fields and occupations: Industrial and processing and manufacturing; textiles, footwear; trade services; health care; information technology.
As of June 2025 alone, the industries that need to recruit many workers in Hanoi include: Trade, services, manufacturing and processing industry, information technology and logistics. Sectors such as textiles, footwear and health care also have a large recruitment demand.
"It is noteworthy that the information technology sector alone is tending to recruit many personnel in positions with high expertise and rich experience to lead digital transformation projects and new technology ideas. However, the demand for recruiting young, newly graduated human resources in this field shows signs of stagnation, said Mr. Vu Quang Thanh.
