On August 18, the Da Nang City Labor Federation coordinated with the Trade Union of Dong Phuong Company Limited to organize a "Union Meal" for 590 union members and workers.
The activity aims to practically celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).
In the warm atmosphere, officers and workers enjoyed a special meal (the Union supported an additional 30,000 VND). Leaders of the City Labor Federation, representatives of the Trade Unions of industrial parks sat together to eat, visit, and listen to the thoughts of workers.
Speaking at the program, Ms. Ho Thi Lan Huong - Vice President of the Da Nang City Labor Federation sent congratulations to all employees on the occasion of National Day 2.9, and expressed her appreciation for their silent contributions to the development of businesses and the city.
Ms. Huong emphasized: Every union meal is not only a sharing of material things but also a heart, a feeling of the union organization for union members and workers. We hope that through these warm meals, the collective bond will be stronger and each person will feel more clearly the care and support of the union.
On this occasion, the City Labor Federation also presented 13 gifts to union members in difficult circumstances, each worth 1 million VND.
Through the program, the Da Nang Trade Union continues to affirm its role as a companion, caring for the lives of union members and workers; at the same time, creating opportunities for business leaders to listen to the thoughts and aspirations of workers, contributing to building an increasingly better working environment.
