On January 15, the Dong Xoai - Dong Phu Industrial Park Trade Union said that among the grassroots trade unions managed by the unit, the Freewell Company Limited Trade Union gave Tet gifts to workers by bank transfer.
On the same afternoon, the Freewell Company Limited Trade Union announced a plan to give gifts to union members on the occasion of Lunar New Year 2025.
The company's Trade Union will give Tet gifts to 6,355 union members. Each union member will receive a gift worth 350,000 VND. The total value of the gifts is 2.22 billion VND.
The unit will transfer the gift value to the union member's account on January 16. For new union members who do not have a bank account, they will receive the money directly at the company's union office.
In addition to giving gifts to all union members, the Freewell Company Limited Union has reviewed and identified 7 union members working at the company who are in particularly difficult circumstances.
The Executive Committee of the Trade Union visited the union members' homes to give each worker's family a gift worth 1.5 million VND including cash and necessities.
Regarding Tet bonus, the company also announced year-end bonus for employees.
Accordingly, employees who have worked from 1 year up to 3 years will receive a bonus equal to 1 month of basic salary.
Workers with 3 years or more of seniority will receive higher bonuses, the highest being 3 months of basic salary. Workers will receive the bonus on January 22, 2025.
