On August 26, Area Management Working Group No. 6 (Group 6) of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation (HCMC) and Phu My Ward Labor Union attended a "Union Meal" organized for union members and workers working at Saigon Paper Joint Stock Company (headquartered in My Xuan A Industrial Park, Ho Chi Minh City).
Following the direction of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation, the grassroots union of Saigon Paper Joint Stock Company has coordinated with the Board of Directors to organize a meaningful "Union Meal" program in 2025.
Taking place in a cozy, friendly and cooperative atmosphere, the "Union Meal" brought 650 quality meals, worth 60,000 VND/meal to the workers.
On this occasion, Mr. Nguyen Ba Hung - Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation - also discussed and visited to encourage workers at the enterprise. I hope union members and workers will strive to fulfill their labor and production tasks well, contributing to the sustainable development of businesses.
According to Group 6, this is one of the meaningful activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025). At the same time, it contributes to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations, creating cohesion between the union, enterprises and employees at Saigon Paper Joint Stock Company.
