On the afternoon of August 26, in Hanoi, the Central Steering Committee to celebrate major holidays and important historical events of the country for 3 years (2023-2025) (Steering Committee) held the opening ceremony of the Ceremonial Press Center.
According to the Steering Committee, the 80th Anniversary of the success of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025) are particularly important political events, on a national scale. The event was organized by the Central Executive Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the National Assembly, the President, the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Hanoi City.
One of the activities that received much attention from the people was the parade and marching activities during the Commemoration Ceremony.
Accordingly, the Central Government assigned the Ministry of National Defense to preside over and coordinate with the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Hanoi City and relevant departments, ministries, branches, agencies and units to organize the implementation.
This activity will take place at 6:30 a.m. on September 2, 2025 at Ba Dinh Square ( broadcast live on Vietnam Television, local stations, social networking platforms...).
Information at the Ceremonial Press Center said that as of the day (8.26), regarding the organization of forces, there are 6 forces participating in parades and parades, specifically including:
- Traditional and Artillery reticulated motorbike carrying forces;
- Fireworks;
- welcoming Air Force;
- parade and marching forces: 4 Regimental blocks; 43 blocks representing the People's Armed Forces (LLVT) (26 Army blocks, 17 Police blocks); foreign military blocks (expected 4 blocks), including: China, Russia, Laos, Cambodia (coming to Vietnam: Cambodia August 15, Laos August 16, Russia 208, China expected to visit Vietnam on August 27); Military artillery and artillery forces, police special vehicles; Air parade forces; 12 mass parade blocks; 1 Culture and Sports block.
- The standing forces: Veterans of the Stadium and 29 standing blocks (18 LLVT blocks standing opposite stand A; 11 mass blocks standing on both sides of the newly added LLVT blocks from August 21.
- Forces arranged in shape and in letters.
The parade and marching program includes:
- Traditional dried dried fish.
- Fireworks.
- Celebratory Air Force.
- Parading and parade in blocks, in order: Parading of the Rising Bloc; Parading of the walking blocks (order: blocks of the Vietnam People's Army, foreign military blocks, Militia and Self-Defense Forces; Police blocks); Parading of military vehicles and artillery; Police special vehicles; Parading of armed forces at sea (images of Ba Dinh); Parading of mass blocks; Parading of the Culture and Sports Bloc.
