Since late afternoon and night, storm No. 5 Kajiki has severely affected many localities across the country.
In Hanoi, in the morning and early afternoon of August 26, heavy rain caused many inner-city roads to be deeply flooded, causing traffic disruption.
However, despite the unfavorable weather conditions, the art program "Vietnam in Me" still took place according to schedule.
The program's organizers emphasized: at the moment the whole country is looking towards the Central region - where storms and floods are causing heavy damage to people and property - "Vietnam in Me" is not only a music night but also a symbol of pride, of national resilience.

Activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day are still being implemented as planned, as a testament to the spirit of Vietnam - overcoming all unfavorable weather, promoting patriotism and sharing with compatriots.
In that context, music is not only pure art but has become a fiber connecting the hearts of millions of people, joining the beat of the homeland and country.
In addition, at the event, the Organizing Committee also launched a donation program to share with the people of the Central region, and expressed the hope that the program's audiences would still be interested in and participate in the event with the spirit of "Vietnam in me".
Previously, on the evening of August 25, the rehearsal of the concert still took place in harsh weather conditions. Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ta Quang Dong directly visited and encouraged the artists and organizing crew.
The concert "Vietnam in Me" is a highlight in the series of events celebrating the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).
The official event took place at 8:00 p.m. on August 26 at the Northern Stadium - National Exhibition Center (Dong Anh, Hanoi), gathering a cast of famous artists such as Soobin Hoang Son, Hoa Minzy, Erik, Duc Phuc, Anh Tu, Quan A.P, Duong Hoang Yen and the band Chillies.
