On the morning of August 21, the organizers of the concert "Vietnam in Me" announced that they would distribute all free tickets to thousands of spectators lining up since last night at the Hanoi Opera House.
Accordingly, the Organizing Committee decided to distribute 6,600 tickets for both August 21 and 22, plus the remaining tickets from August 20, instead of dividing them into days as originally planned.
Mr. Chu Anh Hung, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Opera House, said that giving away free tickets is to create conditions for a large audience to access high-quality art programs.
The Organizing Committee also emphasized the regulation: "Vese cannot be bought, sold, or transferred in any form. If violations are discovered, the Organizing Committee has the right to refuse to issue tickets".
However, in reality, the situation of selling concert tickets is still flourishing on social networking groups.

In the national concert group "Vietnam in Me", many articles appeared from anonymous accounts publicly selling tickets.
An advertising account: "I have 2 tickets for the "Vietnam in Me" concert because I am suddenly busy and cannot go, so I want to pass (sell). Publicly disclose 1 million and a half per pair, no deposit, ship (transfer) to the location for inspection. 2 Free 3 seats right behind the VIP line (very important guest seats). anyone who needs to comment let me contact them.
Many comments posted information about ticket sales "3.2 million VND/pair", "2 million VND/pair", "1 million and a half tickets"...
Not only the sellers, many audiences also posted to buy tickets instead of queuing. An account shared: "I needed a pair of tickets but I couldn't wait to go to work. Whoever receives it should comment so that I can proactively text.
On Facebook groups, a series of ticket sales and buy-back advertisements are posted at many different prices, from 1 million VND/ticket to more than 3 million VND/pair, depending on the sitting or standing position, away or near the stage. Most of the posts use anonymous accounts to avoid revealing information.

Many viewers commented that this was a form of "buy and sell", because in fact, on August 20, there were people lining up for more than 10 hours but still could not receive tickets. Others were disappointed when they had to spend money to buy tickets, which were distributed for free, while the transfer price was pushed up too high.
According to the reporter of Lao Dong newspaper, from the first day at the gate of the Opera House (Hanoi), there were audiences who openly advertised for sale at a price of millions when having concert tickets in hand.
After the chaos on the first day of ticket issuance, the organizers increased security forces, divided into queues to ensure more order on the second day.
On August 20, many audiences lined up from 2am but still could not get tickets. The next day, they continued to stay up all night hoping to get a valuable ticket to the music and art night.
The scene of thousands of audiences lining up shows the special appeal of the national concert "Vietnam in Me".
The program takes place at 8:00 p.m. on August 26 at the National Exhibition Center (Dong Anh, Hanoi), gathering many famous artists such as: Soobin Hoang Son, Hoa Minzy, Erik, Duc Phuc, Anh Tu, Quan AP, Duong Hoang Yen and the band Chillies.
