The Nam Cau Kien Industrial Park Trade Union President Club was established on September 28, 2022 under Decision No. 599/QD-LDLD of the City Labor Federation. The total number of grassroots trade unions is 28 units with 4,252 employees and 3,851 union members.
From the beginning of 2025 to now, member units have organized 42 dialogues, resolving 84 petitions of workers, preventing strikes in Nam Cau Kien industrial park. The club has focused on sharing about negotiating salaries, Tet bonuses, swapping days off due to storms, power outages, etc. Many member units have successfully negotiated salaries, Tet bonuses, allowances for special needs, travel, shift meals, etc. to ensure the satisfaction of workers.
To date, the average basic salary of employees in enterprises is: 5,976,000 VND/person/month. Total average income of direct workers (including salary, allowances, bonuses): 9,970,000 VND/person/month. At the conference, delegates discussed the direction of activities from now until the end of 2025. In the coming period, under the guidance of the Industrial Park Trade Union, the Club will continue to prioritize activities in the direction of innovation, creativity and efficiency. The Executive Committee and the Club also proposed that the City Labor Federation amend and supplement the Regulations on the organization of club activities to ensure adaptation to the new model after streamlining. In addition, provide guidance, build a document warehouse, reference forms, and update information on the labor market and salary and bonus levels to best support grassroots trade unions in negotiation, aiming to ensure harmonious labor relations.
