84 workers in Dong Nai are affected by social insurance benefits

    Dong Nai - 84 employees are affected by social insurance benefits related to Innolux footwear Vietnam Co., Ltd.

    On June 15, the Trade Union Legal Consulting Center, Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor (DOLF) said that it is providing legal support to 84 workers affected by social insurance benefits.

    According to the Trade Union Legal Consulting Center, Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor, from 2024 to present, the center has provided legal support to 84 employees who have claimed social insurance benefits related to Innolux footwear Vietnam Co., Ltd.

    To date, 12 cases of 12 workers have been brought to trial and there has been a verdict from the People's Court of Thu Duc City (HCMC).

    According to the content of 12 judgments, the court accepted the workers' request to file a lawsuit, forcing the company to pay social insurance, closing the insurance books for workers...

    The cases of the remaining workers are also being further supported by the Trade Union Legal Consulting Center and the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor, demanding legal and legitimate rights according to regulations.
