Implementing the 2026 occupational safety and health work plan, VNPT Bac Ninh (VNPT Trade Union, under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology) has organized a periodic health check-up program for all employees. The program is implemented at 2 locations to create favorable conditions for employees to participate fully and on schedule.
In this year's health check-up, workers are given general check-ups, physical check-ups, diagnostic imaging and basic tests, contributing to a comprehensive assessment of their health status. Female workers at the unit have been examined for diseases related to women and screened for breast cancer and cervical cancer, helping to detect and prevent dangerous diseases early, improve quality of life and working capacity.
A highlight in the 2026 organization is that VNPT Bac Ninh promotes the application of digital transformation through the clinic ecosystem in managing and storing health check-up records. The application of digital platforms has helped reduce manual workload, optimize human resources in storage, and at the same time support employees to promptly look up and update health check-up results quickly and conveniently.
Periodic health check-ups are an annual program of practical significance, showing the concern of unit leaders and grassroots trade unions for the lives and health of workers. Thereby, contributing to improving the quality of human resources, creating motivation for workers to feel secure in their work and successfully complete production and business tasks in 2026.
