Soc Trang - Union member Ly Thi Hong was supported with 50 million VND from the Trade Union Shelter Fund to build a new, spacious house.

On June 9, the Standing Committee of the Vinh Chau Town Labor Federation (Soc Trang Province) organized the handover of the Trade Union Shelter to the family of union member Ly Thi Hong - Vinh Hai Kindergarten Union, Vinh Hai Commune.

The house has an area of 100m2. The total implementation cost is over 182 million VND. Of which, the Soc Trang Provincial Trade Union Shelter Fund supported 50 million VND, the remaining amount was supported by the family and relatives of union member Hong.

At the house handover ceremony, the leaders of the Vinh Chau Town Labor Federation congratulated union member Hong's family on having a home to settle down, hoping that this will be the motivation to help the family overcome difficulties to develop the economy and complete the work well.

According to the Vinh Chau Town Labor Federation, there are currently 12 Trade Union Shelters under construction, 3 of which are under repair and are being accelerated.
