According to the report at the Congress, Ha Tinh Trade Union currently has 446 grassroots trade unions with nearly 38,000 union members.
In the period of 2023 - 2025, Ha Tinh Trade Unions at all levels have effectively represented and protected the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers, contributing to maintaining a stable, harmonious and progressive working environment.
More than 1,000 dialogues were held, which resolved the concerns right at the grassroots level. Signing 41 new collective labor agreements, amending 98, bringing the total to 385 units with agreements; there are 1,158 units organizing and coordinating the organization of health check-ups for workers.
Activities to care for, ensure welfare, maintain jobs, and improve the lives of union members and workers have been implemented synchronously and comprehensively. Ha Tinh trade unions at all levels have mobilized social resources to support 84,983 gifts for union members in difficult circumstances, worth 46.98 billion VND.
Support the construction and repair of 312 "Union Shelters", with an amount of more than 9.4 billion VND; support the construction and repair of 4 boarding houses and 6 public housing units for union members with an amount of 16.9 billion VND; 363 enterprises supporting shift meals for workers; more than 30,000 union members and workers are given the opportunity to visit and relax;
896 units organized activities to thank employees and 173 units organized welfare programs for 32,094 union members with a benefit of VND9.1 billion.
The patriotic emulation movement was widely deployed, attracting a large number of union members and workers to participate. 6,855 cadres and union members were recognized as grassroots emulation fighters, 10 individuals were awarded certificates of merit for creative labor by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; 1 individual was awarded the Nguyen Duc Canh Award; 1 collective and 3 individuals were honored at the Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
In general, in the period of 2023 - 2025, Ha Tinh trade union activities have achieved quite comprehensive results in all fields. Up to now, the targets of the Resolution of the 19th Congress have basically exceeded the plan, in which some targets were higher.
That result contributes to building an increasingly strong trade union organization, contributing significantly to the socio-economic development of the province.
At the Congress, Ms. Tang Thi Linh Chi - Vice President of the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor presented the review report of the Executive Committee of the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor for the period 2023 - 2025.
Mr. Ngo Dinh Van - Vice Chairman of the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor presented a report summarizing comments on amending and supplementing the Draft Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union.
Many delegates gave speeches, shared outstanding activities of their units and proposed a number of solutions to better perform the functions, tasks and targets of Ha Tinh Trade Union for the 2025 - 2030 term.
Delegates also commented on the action program to implement the Resolution of the 20th Congress of the Ha Tinh Provincial Trade Union; Contributed to the Documents of the 14th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union and contributed to amending and supplementing the Draft Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union.
At the congress, delegates elected 19 comrades to the Executive Committee of the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor, term XX, 2025 - 2030.
