At the program, hospital leaders visited, shared, and encouraged female union members who were unfortunately sick and had serious illnesses; and presented 20 gifts, each worth VND500,000.
Speaking at the program, Dr. CKII Nguyen Ba Viet - Director of the Hospital - sent his best wishes to all female cadres, civil servants, and workers on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union (October 20, 1930 - October 20, 2025); at the same time, acknowledged and commended the great contributions of the Women's Union and the collective of female union members in all fields of work, contributing significantly to the development of the unit.
The hospital director affirmed that the collective leadership and the Trade Union always care, accompany, share, and create favorable conditions for female union members to receive health care and work in the best environment.
Although the gifts have little material value, they show concern, encouragement, help women to be more steadfast in overcoming difficulties and illnesses, and continue to contribute to the cause of caring for and protecting people's health.
The Provincial General Hospital Trade Union currently has nearly 1,000 union members, of which women account for 69%. In all working positions, the team of female cadres, civil servants, and workers is always enthusiastic in competing for labor, completing tasks well, and actively contributing to the overall development of the unit.
On the occasion of October 20 this year, Quang Ninh General Hospital plans to give 60 gifts to female union members with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement, to recognize and commend the positive contributions of women in professional work and trade union activities.
