This department announced the recruitment of 10 high-quality personnel for public high schools across the province.
Recruitment subjects according to Decree No. 179/2024/ND-CP of the Government, including: Graduates with first-class majors at universities in the country or graduates with excellent honors or higher at prestigious universities in the world; Graduates with excellent university majors at universities in the country, within the age specified in Article 1 of the Law on Youth up to the time of application and in one of the following cases of achieving individual achievements: Awarded 3 or more individuals in one of the provincial excellent student selection exams, won an incentive award or higher in national excellent student selection exams, or Certificate of Merit or higher in international excellent student selection exams in one of the subjects of natural Sciences ( Math, physics, biochemistry, criminology, social science and literature) and in one of the following cases: Awarded 3 or more individuals in one of the subjects of provincial excellent student selection exams, awarded an incentive award or higher in national excellent student selection exams, or Certificate of Merit in international competitions for excellent students in one of the subjects of natural Sciences (phctor, biochemistry, biology, criminology, criminology, criminology, criminology, criminology, political science, political economy, public policy, public service, public service, public service, public service, public service, public service, public service, public service, public service, public service, public service, public service, public service, public service, public service, public service, public service, public service, public service, public service, public service, public service, public service, public service, public service.
The application period is 30 days, from October 15, 2025 to November 13, 2025. The expected admission time is November 2025.
According to Decree No. 179/2024/ND-CP on policies to attract and promote talented people to work in agencies, organizations, and units of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the State, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations, the subjects of application are cadres and civil servants (including commune-level cadres and civil servants), public employees; excellent graduates, talented young scientists; experts, managers, business administrators, and leading scientists who are Vietnamese or foreigners.
The Decree has many incentives for those who are recruited, in which excellent graduates and talented young scientists when recruited as civil servants and public employees will receive 100% of their salary during the probationary period. At the same time, they will receive an additional allowance equal to 150% of their salary according to the current salary coefficient for 5 years from the date of the recruitment decision.
Recruited people are assigned to preside over and arrange funding for the implementation of scientific research topics and projects from the ministerial and provincial levels and above. Proposed budget estimates for specific work or tasks; assigned and decided on the use of funds; responsible before the law and competent authorities for the use of assigned funds.
Previously, the Department of Education and Training of Quang Ninh province also conducted recruitment exams for 64 teachers and 7 staff for 30 public high schools across the province in 2025.
