The draft proposes a fairly high one-time support level for professors who are doctors of 500 million VND, prioritizing the rent or purchase of social housing; Associate professors who are doctors of 400 million VND, prioritizing the rent or purchase of social housing; Doctors, specialist doctors II 200 million VND; Masters, specialist doctors I, resident doctors 120 million VND.
In addition, doctors working in mountainous areas, difficult areas or islands will receive an additional support of 100 million VND.
Some specific specialties such as tuberculosis - lungs, dermatology, psychiatry, emergency resuscitation, oncology, neurosurgery, thoracic surgery and paraclinical systems are supported with 80 million VND, while the remaining cases are supported with 60 million VND.
