Tay Ninh Provincial Social Insurance (BHXH) is expected to organize the "Professional Proficiency" Contest in 2026 on March 20 at the provincial BHXH headquarters, in order to improve the professional qualifications of the staff, contributing to serving employees and businesses better in implementing social insurance and health insurance policies.
According to the plan, the contest has 18 participating teams, each team including 5 officials and employees working in professional departments and grassroots social insurance in the province.
The exam content focuses on the provisions of the 2024 Social Insurance Law, the amended 2024 Health Insurance Law and related guiding documents.
The contest is organized to help officials and employees in the provincial social insurance system system to systematize and promptly update legal regulations on social insurance and health insurance; at the same time, create opportunities for exchange and exchange of experiences in the process of performing tasks.
According to the Organizing Committee, the contest includes two rounds of multiple-choice tests. Round 1 is conducted online on the Google Forms platform with 30 questions. Round 2 is conducted directly on the Kahoot application, requiring contestants to both master professional knowledge and have quick reflexes when answering questions.
Contestants will use smart devices to participate in answering. The results are calculated based on the total scores of the team members, combined with the completion time of the exam.
Through the contest, Tay Ninh Provincial Social Insurance expects to contribute to improving the professional capacity and sense of responsibility of the team of officials and employees in implementing social insurance and health insurance policies, thereby improving service quality and ensuring the rights of employees participating in insurance.
