Da Nang City Social Insurance has just put into operation a tool to support information lookup of Organizations supporting the development of social insurance and health insurance participants; collection points and collection staff in the city.
This is to continue to improve the quality of service to the people, strengthen publicity and transparency in the organization of the implementation of social insurance (BHXH) and health insurance (BHYT) policies.
This is considered one of the practical solutions of the City Social Insurance in the process of promoting digital transformation, putting people at the center of service; and at the same time contributing to ensuring the rights of social insurance and health insurance participants through transparency of information about organizations and individuals authorized by the social insurance agency to collect according to regulations.
As of the end of April 2026, Da Nang City Social Insurance and Social Insurance agencies have signed contracts authorizing the collection of social insurance and health insurance with 17 organizations supporting the development of social insurance and health insurance participants throughout the city, with a scale of 590 collection points and 819 collection staff operating in localities, residential areas, and residential groups.
In the past time, the team of Organizations supporting the development of beneficiaries and collection staff has played an important role as an "extended arm" of the social insurance sector in propaganda, mobilization, and support for people to participate in voluntary social insurance and household health insurance; contributing to expanding the coverage of social security in Da Nang city.
However, along with the development in the number of collection points and collection staff, the demand for people to look up official information is also increasing.
Many people want to know specifically which collection points are near their residence, which collection staff have been granted training certificates, and have legal contracts signed by the social insurance agency for convenient contact, registration to participate and payment in accordance with regulations.
Fully publicize the list of support organizations
Starting from that reality, Da Nang City Social Insurance has built an online lookup tool to fully publicize the list of organizations supporting the development of beneficiaries, collection points and collection staff operating in the city.
People can easily access the lookup tool through the Electronic Information Portal or Facebook Fanpage of Da Nang City Social Insurance by clicking on the lookup link attached at the top of the page for convenient tracking and use.
Through this tool, people can proactively search and choose collection points or collection staff suitable for their residence and workplace; thereby saving time and improving convenience in the process of participating in social insurance and health insurance.
Publicizing information also helps people easily identify collection staff who have been trained, certified and signed legal contracts by the social insurance agency; and at the same time choose official collection points, ensuring safety and transparency in the process of participating and paying social insurance and health insurance.
In addition, the implementation of the lookup tool also contributes to enhancing transparency in the collection and management of social insurance and health insurance contributions; limiting the situation of impersonating collection staff or collecting in violation of regulations; and at the same time creating peace of mind and trust for people when participating in the social security policies of the Party and the State.
In parallel with that, the Social Insurance agency also recommends that people regularly access and use the VssID - Digital Social Insurance application to monitor the process of participating and enjoying social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance policies of themselves and family members; thereby proactively checking information, limiting errors or interrupting benefits during participation.
To ensure that data is always accurate, synchronous and updated in a timely manner, Da Nang City Social Insurance will periodically review the list of Organizations supporting the development of beneficiaries, collection points and collection staff in the area. At the same time, when fluctuations arise or decrease in collection staff, collection points or changes in related information, data will be updated promptly on the system to effectively serve the search needs of people.
In the context that the social insurance industry is promoting the application of digital technology, transforming service methods from administrative to professional and modern services, the deployment of the public lookup tool for collection points and collection staff information shows the determination of Da Nang City Social Insurance in building a public and transparent administration, taking people's satisfaction as a measure of service quality.
