Implementing Official Dispatch No. 2659/BHXH-TCCB of the Social Insurance (SI) of Vietnam and Plan No. 1843/KH-UBND of the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province, the Social Insurance of Tay Ninh province issued a document implementing the Month of Action for Gender Equality and Prevention and response to Gender-Based violence in 2025. The activities take place from November 15 to December 15 with the theme "Gender equality and safety for women and girls in the digital age".
Over the years, Tay Ninh Social Insurance has achieved many positive results in its work for the advancement of women. The unit focuses on building a fair and humane working environment, thereby accounting for a high proportion of female civil servants and many female cadres holding leadership and management positions at the district-level departments and social insurance. This result comes from focusing on training, fostering expertise, digital transformation skills and management capacity for female civil servants.
The Provincial Social Insurance Women's Committee regularly advises on organizing activities to care for the lives, health and spirit of female workers. The unit maintains periodic health check-ups, gynecological examinations, visits to pregnant female workers or workers in difficult circumstances; at the same time, creates conditions for female cadres to participate in emulation movements, culture - arts - sports. Activities on the occasion of March 8 and October 20 are associated with traditional education and raising awareness of gender equality and safety in cyberspace.

Along with women and children who are children of civil servants and employees, they are also cared for through gift-giving activities on holidays such as June 1 and Mid-Autumn Festival. Some programs integrate content of digital safety skills education for children, suitable for the context of children's early access to electronic devices.
In 2025, Tay Ninh Social Insurance will focus on promoting the application of information technology in all communication activities of the Action Month. The content of the propaganda focuses on online fraud identification skills, personal information security, prevention of cyber harassment and violence - issues of concern as women increasingly participate in online public services and digital transformation activities of the social insurance industry.
The provincial Social Insurance directs its affiliated units to strengthen gender equality communication through many forms: direct communication, posting on electronic information portals, electronic newspapers, social networks; hanging banners and slogans at the headquarters from November 15 to December 15. At the same time, units organize seminars, forums, competitions, and cultural and sports exchanges on the topic of gender equality, encouraging civil servants to share good models and effective solutions in gender work and preventing domestic violence.
The 2025 Action Month for Gender Equality is expected to contribute to creating positive changes in awareness and action, building a cultural, fair and safe office environment. This is also a step to affirm the commitment of Tay Ninh Social Insurance to promoting gender equality, contributing to the sustainable development goals of the province and the Vietnam Social Insurance sector.
