Implementing the direction of the Tay Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor, grassroots trade unions in the area are actively organizing congresses according to plan, with the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development". This is an extensive political activity, not only summarizing the activities of the past term but also concretizing the Party's policies and resolutions and the State's laws and policies in the new situation.
According to the plan, the commune and ward trade union congress will be completed before October 25, 2025, while the grassroots trade union, grassroots trade union and departmental trade union will be completed before December 20, 2025.
The Provincial Federation of Labor has directed the organization of a point-point congress to draw experience in content preparation, personnel and organization. Many congresses have been held successfully, demonstrating the spirit of solidarity, democracy and responsibility of union members and workers.
The Trade Union of Long An YP Company Limited is one of the units selected to organize the congress. In the 2023-2025 term, the grassroots trade union has successfully completed the set goals, focusing on taking care of the material and spiritual lives of workers with a total support and welfare budget of more than 1.27 billion VND; developing 396 new union members, bringing the total number of union members to 1,272/1,280 workers, reaching 99%. The 3rd Congress (term 2025-2030) elected 9 members of the Executive Committee, of which Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Phuc Loi was re-elected as Chairman.
In addition, the Trade Union of Thinh Phat Power Cable Joint Stock Company also achieved many outstanding results, ensuring that 100% of employees are signed contracts, pay full insurance and enjoy benefits according to regulations.
Grassroots trade union congresses in Tay Ninh province are being held solemnly, in accordance with the procedures, demonstrating the determination to innovate activities, promote the role of representation, protect the legitimate rights of workers, towards the goal of building an increasingly strong trade union organization, adapting to development requirements in the new period.
