The dream of becoming a Party member comes true
Speaking to reporters, Mr. Khai said that he had wanted to become a Party member since he was still in school. However, before that, he had not had the opportunity to join the Party. After graduating from college, he joined his current company and went to work in Japan. This is an FDI company, 100% Japanese capital.
From a technical worker, he always promoted the spirit of training and eagerness to learn in every assigned job position, and was always evaluated by managers for good work efficiency.
Six years after returning to Hanoi to work at the company, his dream of joining the Party came true.
He recalled that after a period of working, striving, completing his professional work well and actively participating in many activities in the company and in trade union activities, he was introduced and admitted into the Party by the Party Committee of Hanoi Industrial and Export Processing Zones.
"I still remember the day of the Party admission ceremony, I was very moved and proud, because I had fulfilled my long-standing wish" - Mr. Khai shared.
Currently, the company's party cell has 8 party members. According to Mr. Khai, as a party member and party cell secretary, he receives a lot of support in terms of expertise and work. He is able to attend training courses and exchange experiences, thereby cultivating many skills (such as negotiation and persuasion skills) to serve his work.
He always kept in mind that being honored to stand in the Party's ranks meant he had to try even harder to be worthy of the Party's trust and fulfill all assigned tasks well.
Focus on Party development for direct workers
According to Mr. Khai, in the past, the Trade Union organization has encountered many difficulties in building Party organizations and developing Party members in non-state enterprises. In addition, the Party Committee at FDI enterprises is a concurrent position, so Party building activities are still limited, affecting the progress, process, and procedures of Party organization and Party member work.
Therefore, Mr. Khai suggested that it is necessary to regularly open training courses to improve the qualifications of Party committees at FDI enterprises. Mr. Khai also recommended that there should be documents and instructions suitable to the characteristics of grassroots Party organizations in this area...
In the coming time, Mr. Khai said, the company's union will coordinate with the employer to take better care of union members and employees in the company. The Party cell will strengthen the development of party members, focusing on direct workers to build a strong party organization in the enterprise.
Being one of 95 outstanding workers who are Party members who will be recognized and commended by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Mr. Khai said that this is an honor but also a motivation for him to strive harder in his work, to fulfill his professional tasks as well as in Party and trade union work, to take better care of union members and workers and to build an increasingly strong Party.
