Resolution No. 59/NQ-HDND was passed by the People's Council of Ninh Thuan province on December 10, 2024, resolving to assign civil servant payroll and the number of employees receiving salaries from the state budget of Ninh Thuan province in 2025.
Specifically, 1,608 civil servant positions will be assigned in 2025. The resolution also resolves to assign the number of people working and receiving salaries from the state budget of Ninh Thuan province in 2025. Accordingly, the total number of people working in public service units receiving salaries from the state budget of Ninh Thuan province in 2025 is 10,973 positions; of which: Education and Training sector: 8,448 positions; Health sector: 1,481 positions; Culture - Sports sector: 319 positions; other careers: 481 positions.
Reserve in case of urgent or unexpected work or to carry out personnel work as required by competent authorities; at the same time, reserve to balance and ensure the reduction target by 2026: 231 positions.
Balanced staffing for a number of mass organizations assigned by the Party and State: 13 staffing levels.
The Resolution also resolved to assign the number of commune-level cadres and civil servants in Ninh Thuan province in 2025 according to the provisions of Decree No. 33/2023/ND-CP dated June 10, 2023 of the Government to be 1,422 people.
