Civil servant establishment in 2025 of Nam Dinh province

The administrative management staff of Nam Dinh province in 2025 is based on the Resolution of the People's Council of Nam Dinh province.

On December 10, 2024, the People's Council of Nam Dinh province passed Resolution 136/NQ-HDND on assigning the payroll of civil servants in state administrative management, approving the total number of employees receiving salaries from the state budget in public service units that have not yet ensured regular expenditures, and Association organizations of Nam Dinh province in 2025 and assigning labor contract targets according to Decree 111/2022/ND-CP.

Accordingly, the allocation of public administrative staff in 2025 in agencies of People's Councils and People's Committees at provincial and district levels is 1,953 positions.

In addition, according to the Resolution, the number of employees receiving salaries from the state budget in public service units that partially self-insure regular expenses and public service units whose regular expenses are guaranteed by the state budget, and associations of Nam Dinh province in 2025 is 28,662 employees (not including 1,591 public preschool and general education career positions).

Resolution 136/NQ-HDND takes effect from January 1, 2025.

On December 19, 2024, the People's Committee of Nam Dinh province issued Decision 2813/QD-UBND assigning the payroll of civil servants in state administrative management, the number of employees receiving salaries from the state budget and receiving salaries from career revenue sources for public career units that have not yet self-insured regular expenditures, and associations of Nam Dinh province in 2025 and assigning labor contract targets according to Decree 111/2022/ND-CP.
