The activity took place on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution, National Day September 2 and the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union.
The program was attended by Director of Go Dau Medical Center Nguyen Thai Binh, Deputy Director Nguyen Thanh Thai, Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union Tran Huu Tai and more than 50 union members representing the unit's staff.
According to Mr. Tran Huu Tai, the meals in the program are supported by the union with full funds, the menu is prepared richly, ensuring nutrition, to take care of the health of union members on duty.
Speaking at the event, Director Nguyen Thai Binh highly appreciated the initiative of grassroots trade unions in organizing practical activities, associated with the living needs of union members. He said that On-duty Meal is not only an opportunity to show gratitude, but also creates opportunities for staff to exchange, share, and strengthen solidarity within the unit.
The program has left many feelings, contributing to encouraging the spirit and motivating union members to fulfill their task of taking care of people's health well. This is also one of the activities that clearly demonstrates the role of the trade union organization in caring for the lives of workers.
