10 years of attachment to An Giang Samho Co., Ltd., Ms. Lu Thi Dieu Thang, Head of Business Department, believes that innovation does not necessarily start from great things. When employees (NLĐ) see the problem, proactively find solutions and are facilitated by businesses, small improvements every day can create great efficiency.
With the specific characteristics of export processing, a order must go through the coordination of many departments, so just one slow step or inaccurate information can affect the overall progress.
From that reality, Ms. Thang and colleagues reviewed the process of receiving and processing orders; identified the stages that cause waste of time, the content that can be standardized and the responsibilities of each department. The monitoring of orders, sales, debts, delivery progress and business efficiency is also organized more scientifically, based on data instead of just based on experience.

Ms. Thang is concerned about how to better meet customer requirements, shorten processing time and use resources more effectively.
In 2025 and the first 6 months of 2026, she directly participated in negotiating and signing 10 economic contracts with a total value of 186,000 USD, developing 12 new product codes. Average order value increased by 33% compared to the previous year; on-time delivery rate reached 99%; on-time completion rate reached 100%; customer satisfaction level reached 98%.
Notably, the time to summarize reports on sales, order progress, debt and business efficiency decreased from 3 days to 1 day. Order processing time decreased from 21 days to 12 days; customer feedback time decreased from 48 hours to 24 hours; the rate of errors in order processing decreased from 2% to 0%. The rate of customers continuing to place orders increased from 89% to 100%.
According to Ms. Thang, the value is not only in the numbers. When the process is standardized, data is fully updated and responsibilities are clearly defined, work reduces dependence on an individual's experience. These improvements create a foundation for productivity to be sustainably improved.
Mr. Vo Thanh Nha, Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of An Giang Samho Co., Ltd., said that emulation movements only have real vitality when employees participate and see the value from their own work. Because employees directly understand the most unreasonable points in work. Therefore, the Trade Union needs to accompany professionals, mobilize union members to boldly propose solutions, and at the same time coordinate with businesses to test, apply and recognize feasible ideas.
The Trade Union does not replace expertise, but can listen, discover, encourage and connect so that workers' ideas have the opportunity to become initiatives," Mr. Nha shared.

In addition, commendation and reward also need to be timely, especially for initiatives that bring efficiency. Forms of recognition, including hot rewards, will create motivation for employees to continue contributing, and at the same time spread the spirit of improvement in the collective.
During the year, Ms. Thang directly trained 14 employees, organized 8 internal training sessions and built a transparent KPI evaluation system. As a result, 100% of employees achieved and exceeded KPI; labor productivity of the Business Department increased by 15%; average sales per employee increased by 12%.
Besides expertise, Ms. Thang also actively responds to emulation movements, Trade Union activities, culture, sports, taking care of union member's lives and mutual affection and social security programs launched by the Trade Union and businesses.
Good labor is not only about completing your work well, but also knowing how to guide colleagues, share experiences and help the collective progress together. That is also how a personal initiative becomes a common value," Ms. Thang expressed.
