To celebrate the 138th birthday of President Ton Duc Thang (August 20, 1888 – August 20, 2026), on August 19, the delegation of the An Giang Provincial Labor Federation led by Comrade Do Tran Thinh, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, visited the Memorial Area of President Ton Duc Thang in My Hoa Hung commune, offering flowers and incense to commemorate him.
Comrade Nguyen Anh Tuan, Member of the Party Central Committee, President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, sent a bouquet of flowers to respectfully offer to President Ton Duc Thang on the occasion of his birthday.
At the ceremony, the working delegation spent a minute of silence expressing their sincere respect and deep gratitude to the predecessors and the staunch communist soldiers, exemplary leaders, and outstanding children of An Giang homeland, who dedicated their lives to the country and the people.
Chairman of An Giang Provincial Labor Federation Do Tran Thinh and members of the delegation respectfully offered incense to commemorate President Ton Duc Thang. The image, example and contributions of President Ton Duc Thang will forever be a source of pride and motivation for Trade Union officials, union members and workers today to continue to follow and contribute to building An Giang homeland to become more and more developed.
