On September 29, the Trade Union of Yazaki EDS Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Di An Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) coordinated with the Humanitarian Blood Donation Center of the Ho Chi Minh City Red Cross Society to organize a blood donation program to save lives.
This meaningful activity took place right at the company's factory in Di An ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
According to records, immediately after the shift, workers go to the points to complete the procedures to register to donate blood.
Ms. Pham Thi Tuyet Nhung - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Yazaki EDS Vietnam Co., Ltd., said that the Trade Union has mobilized and union members to understand that the blood donation is very necessary for patients, so many union members enthusiastically registered to participate. The Trade Union has coordinated with units to organize a blood donation program right at the company's factory.
This time, all union officials of the company participated with union members and workers. On the afternoon of September 29, 110 units of blood were donated.
Previously, in August 2025, the Trade Union of Yazaki EDS Vietnam Co., Ltd. mobilized 60 union members to donate blood at the festival organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation. On September 22, the Trade Union also organized a blood donation at a factory in My Phuoc 1 Industrial Park, Ben Cat Ward. In this program, 151 units of blood were donated. Thus, in the past 3 months, officers and union members at the company have donated 321 units of blood.
The act of being willing to donate blood of workers and this meaningful program at Yazaki EDS Vietnam Co., Ltd. was recognized and highly appreciated by the Ho Chi Minh City Red Cross Society.
