Không khí lao động khẩn trương
At Tang Loong Industrial Park, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hieu, a worker at Vietnam Phosphate Gold Co., Ltd., said that the job requires high safety and labor discipline, so people are often fully equipped with protective equipment.
The workload is high, so the brothers really need care and sharing. The Trade Union comes to the place to ask and listen, making us feel more secure," Mr. Hieu said.
Through working sessions with trade unions, many workers' recommendations have been received by businesses. Some units have adjusted the level of midday meal support, supplemented protective equipment and improved factory conditions. These specific actions contribute to stabilizing workers' psychology, creating motivation to maintain production rhythm.
At Dong Pho Moi Industrial Park, the working atmosphere is also bustling. Ms. Ha Thi Van, a worker attached to Babeeni Vietnam Co., Ltd. Lao Cai Branch for more than 3 years, said that the trade union has truly become a bridge between workers and businesses. "When problems arise, the trade union stands out to exchange and dialogue, so everything is resolved early, without prolonging it," Ms. Van shared.
Mr. Trinh Nguyen Phuong - Director of Babeeni Lao Cai Company - said: "We regularly coordinate with the Trade Union organization in taking care of workers. All activities from meals to the year-end Tet Sum vay program are carried out methodically and fully by the grassroots trade union. The goal is for workers to have stable jobs and be attached to the company for a long time.
Accompanying businesses to protect workers' rights
On February 2, sharing with reporters, Mr. Hoang Tuan Hai - Deputy Head of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks and Economic Zones of Lao Cai province - said that the unit currently manages 45 grassroots trade unions, with more than 5,000 workers. With a large number of union members, the requirement is that trade unions must closely follow production practices, promptly grasp the ideological developments of workers. Therefore, direct dialogue and grassroots activities are strengthened more.
At the beginning of 2026, we will coordinate with the leaders of the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation to visit businesses. Through this, we listen to the opinions of units and employees. At the same time, we will give small gifts so that employees can feel secure in their work and stick with the company," Mr. Hai said.
According to Mr. Hai, building harmonious, stable and sustainable labor relations is a consistent requirement. "Trade unions are not outside the difficulties of businesses. We share and remove obstacles together, but at the same time protect the legitimate rights of workers," Mr. Hoang Tuan Hai emphasized.
Reality at Tang Loong and Dong Pho Moi Industrial Parks shows that trade unions have proactively participated in building grassroots democracy regulations, coordinated to organize periodic dialogues, and supervised the implementation of regimes and policies for workers. Many issues are resolved right from the grassroots level, contributing to maintaining stable labor relations and limiting disputes from arising.
Talking to reporters, Mr. Phan Huy Cuong - Vice Chairman of the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation - assessed that the Trade Union not only should play its representative role well but also be more proactive in participating in supervision and criticism, ensuring that labor laws are fully implemented.
In the coming time, the Provincial Labor Federation will continue to direct trade union levels to closely follow workers, and at the same time accompany businesses to build a stable and progressive working environment. The goal is that no one is left behind," Mr. Phan Huy Cuong affirmed.
