Mr. Tran Mai is currently Vice Chairman of VNPT Hanoi Trade Union; Deputy Director of VNPT - Hanoi Business Center. This union cadre has many initiatives that have been applied in practice.
Both a union cadre and a professional leader, Mr. Tran Mai is always devoted to union work, initiatives in professional work and passion for initiatives.
With the task of Deputy Director in charge of the field of corporate customers and professional engineering, in the period of 2023-2025, Mr. Mai strives to carry out the assigned tasks with the highest sense of responsibility of cadres and party members.

VNPT - Hanoi Business Center has deployed key sales teams (Information Security service development project team, Digital service market development team...) to promote the sale of key services to bring revenue to the Center. In addition, the Center has implemented 10 sales promotion programs with many policies to encourage and promote sales, contributing to increasing revenue for corporate customers...
As Chairman of the Trade Union, Mr. Tran Mai and his comrades in the Executive Committee of the VNPT - Hanoi Business Center Trade Union have directed and implemented the task well and have been highly appreciated by the superior Trade Union. The Center's trade union activities are closely linked and accompany the profession, with innovation in the action method. Thanks to that, it contributes to improving the spiritual and material life of union members.
Along with professional and union work, Mr. Tran Mai is also passionate about initiatives and creativity.
In 2023, Mr. Tran Mai was recognized with 2 initiatives at the Telecommunication Services Corporation level: Initiative "Building a shortened contract model, saving management costs, increasing customer experience"; initiative "implementing the B2A Culture and Sports campaign, digitalizing governance work".
In 2024, Mr. Mai continued to be recognized for 2 initiatives at the Telecommunication Services Corporation level: Initiative "Direct Internet Service Business Promotion Program in 2024"; initiative "Building a plan and implementing a VNPT SmartCA remote digital signature registration campaign for education customers in Hanoi city".
With the achievements he has achieved, Mr. Mai is one of 71 outstanding union officials honored by the Vietnam Science and Technology Trade Union as "Outstanding union official for the period 2023-2025".
