Recently, the Nam Sach Commune Labor Union organized 50 exemplary union officials to participate in the "Thank You to Workers" Program launched by the Hai Phong City Labor Federation. This is a practical activity, expressing deep gratitude for the contributions of the team of cadres, union members and workers in the past time.
Within the framework of the program, the delegation offered incense at the Memorial House of Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh - an excellent student of President Ho Chi Minh, a veteran revolutionary, founder of the Red Festival - the predecessor of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. This is an opportunity to review the glorious tradition of the working class and the Trade Union organization, and at the same time remind each Trade Union cadre today of their sacred responsibility and mission in caring for and protecting the rights of workers.
Continuing the journey, the delegation visited Bach Dang Giang Relic Site (Bach Dang Ward, Hai Phong City), a place that preserves the heroic historical value of the nation through famous water battles. Here, delegates respectfully offered incense to commemorate their ancestors, once again arousing national pride and the will to strive in Trade Union work.
In addition to resources activities, the group also participated in a training program on skills to organize collective activities at Vung Huong beach (Do Son ward). Through games and group activities, union officials are improved in their management skills, creating cohesion and a vibrant competitive atmosphere in the grassroots union organization.
The "Thank You to Workers" program is not only an opportunity to honor and recognize the silent but meaningful contributions of the team of cadres, union members, and workers, but also an opportunity for the Nam Sach Commune Labor Union to strengthen the spirit of solidarity, learn, share experiences, and continue to accompany the workers' movement and the Hai Phong City Labor Union in the new development journey.
