Trade Union of Nam Mau Coal Company, Uong Bi City, belonging to Vietnam Coal and Mineral Industry Group (TKV), has just donated 24 stainless steel bottles to hold heat and 5 ice containers for units working on the ground in the company. This is a practical activity to improve working conditions, take better care of the health of workers, especially when the North is entering the hot and hot period.
Previously, the Trade Union of Nam Mau Coal Company conducted a field survey and collected opinions from workers as well as unit leaders.
Based on the proposals, the Trade Union has promptly proposed specific solutions to support and improve the working environment, especially for the non-residential labor sector.
In addition to issuing heat reservoirs and stone boxes, the Company's Trade Union is also implementing the purchase of sun umbrellas to provide the units as soon as possible. Equipping umbrellas will help workers have space to rest, contributing to minimizing the impact of heat on health and work efficiency.
After completing the granting of thermos bottle, Nam Mau Coal Company will coordinate with the expertise to continue deploying sugar and lemon to units, so that the units to mix beverage to serve on the spot, help workers to compensate for water and electrolytes in the course of work.
These are meaningful activities, showing the deep concern of Nam Mau Coal Coal Company to the life and health of workers and labor, especially in the period of harsh hot weather.
These activities, on the occasion of the implementation of "Workers' Month" 2025, not only contribute to protecting health but also encourage spirit and motivate workers to work with peace of mind and complete assigned tasks well.

With the theme of "Workers' Month" in 2025 - "Vietnamese Workers Pioneering to Enter a New Era" and the Month of Action on occupational safety and health - Workers' Workers' Day in 2025 with the theme "Strengthening assessment, identifying risks and proactively implementing measures to ensure occupational safety and health at the workplace", according to the plan, TKV Trade Union will organize production inspections, implement emulation contents and visit and give gifts to 141 collectives (teams, construction sites, workshops) and 450 outstanding workers, excellently completing the tasks in the first quarter of 2025.
