According to Petrovietnam Trade Union, the 6th Congress, term 2025 - 2030 of the Trade Union of Quang Ngai Petroleum Service Joint Stock Company (PTSC Quang Ngai) with the participation of 94 delegates representing nearly 570 union members of the whole company was successfully organized.
According to the Political Report at the Congress, the 2023-2025 term marks a period of strong development of PTSC Quang Ngai with many large-scale projects, the labor force has increased rapidly over the years. PTSC Quang Ngai has stuck to the goal of "stability - Innovation - Sustainable development", united to overcome difficulties, and achieved many outstanding results.
The Company's revenue grew impressively, from VND 1,084 billion in 2023 to VND 1,612 billion in 2024, exceeding the plan by 55%, and revenue in the first 9 months of 2025 exceeded VND 1,100 billion. The indicators of profit, budget contribution, investment and income for workers all increased steadily, affirming effective management and sustainable development potential.
PTSC Quang Ngai Trade Union always adheres to the theme of Trade Union activities each year from the superior Trade Union. During the past term, the PTSC Quang Ngai Trade Union has always proactively associated its activities with the task of production and business, caring for the material and spiritual life of workers, and at the same time spreading the movement of emulation of initiatives and technical improvement.
The trade union also carries out the work of periodic dialogue, ensuring income, welfare and gender equality; organizing many meaningful programs for female workers and civil servants, contributing to building a civilized, united and progressive working environment.
