According to the summary, the entire Group gave Tet gifts to 14,016 people, of which 3,500 outstanding workers received gifts of 2 million VND/person; 9,503 workers in difficult circumstances were supported with 2 million VND/person.
In particular, 1,003 cases of workers with health impairment of over 81% or relatives of workers who died due to labor accidents from 1994 to present were given a gift of 5 million VND/person.
10 Labor Heroes were also given Tet gifts of 5 million VND/person by the Group, accompanied by a TKV calendar - a small gift but containing respect for special contributions.
In parallel with giving gifts, TKV directs member units to balance finances to pay Tet bonuses to employees at the level of 10 million VND/person; organize visits to employees of the unit and arrange vehicles to pick up and drop off people away from home to return to their hometowns for Tet.
It is expected that companies in Quang Ninh will arrange 511 car trips, including the return and repatriation routes after Tet, serving over 19,300 workers and relatives. In addition, the Group and units also support bus tickets for about 17,600 workers, with support levels from 500,000 to 1,000,000 VND/person, with a total cost of over 11 billion VND.
For many workers, especially tunnel workers, this is an important source of encouragement after a year of hard work.
According to Mr. Le Thanh Xuan - Chairman of TKV Trade Union - currently, TKV Trade Union is compiling a list of difficult units requesting the Group to support Binh Ngo Tet money.
Up to now, TKV Trade Union has received written requests from Tourism and Trade Joint Stock Company, Co Dinh Thanh Hoa Chromium Joint Stock Company, Thach Khe Iron Joint Stock Company, Mine Construction and Installation Company, Mine Worker Transportation and Pick-up Joint Stock Company, Coal - Mineral Hospital. It is expected that 3,534 workers from these units will be supported, with a total cost of about 26.6 billion VND. The Labor Relations and Personnel Organization Board will develop a plan and report to the Group's leaders for consideration and specific decision.
Not only stopping at material support, TKV also maintains the program "Tet of Miners - 2026" with the theme "Celebrating the glorious Party - Celebrating the country's renovation".
The program is expected to take place at 8:00 AM on February 6, 2026 (December 19 of the year At Ty) at the Hall of the Center for Culture and Sports of Ethnic Groups in the Northeast region, Tien Yen commune, Quang Ninh province. The event is organized in a direct combined online format at 25 bridge points of units with over 1,000 employees, the main bridge point is hosted by Khe Cham Coal Company.
At the program, the Group will organize Tet gifts for workers; support difficult families in the locality; organize cultural and artistic activities and lucky draws, creating a joyful and excited atmosphere before the New Year.
After the program, the Group's leaders will directly visit and give gifts to Heroic Labor families and outstanding workers in difficult circumstances, showing the deep concern and affection of TKV for workers.
