The incident was discovered on the same morning, the whale carcass weighed about 40kg in a state of decomposition. The area discovered is the coast of Hoa Trach commune.
Currently, local authorities are coordinating with people to burial whale carcasses in accordance with local customs, ensuring environmental hygiene.
