Whale carcass weighing about 40kg drifted ashore

    Quang Tri - People discovered whale carcasses drifting ashore in Hoa Trach commune, the government coordinated to bury them according to local customs.

    On January 12, Hoa Trach Commune People's Committee (Quang Tri province) said that people had just discovered a whale carcass drifting ashore.

    The incident was discovered on the same morning, the whale carcass weighed about 40kg in a state of decomposition. The area discovered is the coast of Hoa Trach commune.

    Currently, local authorities are coordinating with people to burial whale carcasses in accordance with local customs, ensuring environmental hygiene.
