Accordingly, the schedule for paying pensions and social insurance allowances through personal accounts to beneficiaries in Hanoi is on the 2nd working day of the month.
Regarding the payment of pensions and social insurance allowances to beneficiaries in the Capital in July 2026, Ms. Duong Thi Minh Chau - Head of the Propaganda and Support Department for Social Insurance Participants of Hanoi City - said: "According to the schedule for monthly pension and social insurance allowance payments in the Capital on the 2nd day, the Social Insurance Agency of Hanoi City will pay beneficiaries through personal accounts on July 2nd (Thursday); for cash payments to beneficiaries, the Social Insurance Agency will coordinate with the Post Office to develop a timely payment plan for beneficiaries after July 2nd.
To ensure the payment of pensions and monthly social insurance allowances to the right beneficiaries, in accordance with regulations, avoid interruption, and contribute to ensuring social security, Hanoi Social Insurance proposes that cases that have not re-established authorization letters to receive pensions quickly carry out procedures before June 30, 2026.
Hanoi Social Insurance has provided information to people about some important notes on authorizing the receipt of pensions and social insurance allowances.
Accordingly, cases of authorizing the receipt of pensions and social insurance allowances implemented before July 1, 2025 are valid until the end of June 30, 2026 (according to the provisions of the Law on Social Insurance No. 41/2024/QH15, the document authorizing others to receive pensions and social insurance allowances on behalf of others has a maximum validity of 12 months from the date of establishment).
Previously, from April 18, 2026 to now, Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance, Social Insurance agencies have coordinated with the City Public Administration Service Center and branches, City Post Office and Central Post Offices to support people in the Capital to certify authorization signatures to receive pensions and social insurance allowances.
As of June 17, 2026, nearly 72,000 people have re-established new powers of attorney or transferred pensions and social insurance allowances to their official accounts. Currently, many people have not re-established power of attorney procedures.
To ensure the payment of pensions and monthly social insurance allowances to the right beneficiaries, in accordance with regulations, avoid interruption and contribute to ensuring social security in the area, Hanoi Social Insurance proposes: For cases where the authorization to receive pensions has not been re-established, quickly carry out procedures before June 30, 2026.
In case of continued authorization: The beneficiary submits the authorization document (which has been certified) according to the provisions of law attached to the request document (Form 14-HSB). In case of receiving directly through the principal account: Create a request document (Form 14-HSB).
Places to receive authorized dossiers: Social Insurance Agency (submit directly or through postal services); receiving points of the Public Administration Service Center; Central Post Offices. In case of requesting transfer of pensions and social insurance allowances to the beneficiary's account, it can be done through the Vietnam Social Insurance Public Service Portal: https://dichvucong. baohiemxahoi. gov. vn.
In addition, Hanoi City Social Insurance encourages beneficiaries to receive pensions and social insurance allowances through the personal account of the beneficiary's principal.

In July 2026, the Hanoi City Social Insurance agency will prepare more than 4,199 billion VND to pay pensions and social insurance allowances to more than 606,800 people on the benefit list.
In Bac Ninh province, the Bac Ninh Provincial Social Insurance Agency will pay beneficiaries through personal accounts on July 1 (Wednesday); for cash payments to beneficiaries, the Social Insurance Agency will coordinate with the Post Office to develop a timely payment plan for beneficiaries after July 1.
