On September 27, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) said that the unit had held a conference to announce the Decision to establish 5 affiliated ward unions.
This is the second conference to announce the establishment of a ward union organized by the Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor. Thereby, marking a new step in the development of the trade union organization after the two-level local government officially came into operation.
At the conference, the leaders of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor also informed about the implementation of the Party and State's policies on streamlining the apparatus and improving the operational efficiency of local government at both levels.

Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor has just announced the decisions to establish and appoint the Executive Committees of Trade Unions of 5 wards: Phan Rang, Dong Hai, Ninh Chu, Bao An and Do Vinh. These ward unions operate according to the model under the Provincial Federation of Labor.
According to the assignment, the Provincial Federation of Labor handed over 134 grassroots unions with nearly 9,400 union members to 5 ward unions to direct and organize activities.
Not only performing the function of a grassroots trade union organization, ward trade unions also play a role in promoting the strength of the working class and laborers in the locality.
Immediately after the establishment, the ward unions focused on stabilizing the organization, developing working regulations, and assigning specific tasks to each member.
At the same time, promote the role of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers; proactively grasp the thoughts and aspirations to promptly propose to all levels to remove difficulties and obstacles.
Ward unions will focus on mobilizing workers to join trade unions, establish grassroots unions and grassroots unions; build a strong organization, and a team of union officials to become a reliable support for union members.
At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the dissemination of the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies; effectively implement emulation movements among union members and workers.
