Accordingly, Mr. Vo Hoan Hai - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of the Department of Education and Training - was assigned to hold the position of Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee.
At the same time, Mr. Luong Duc Hai - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee - was assigned to hold the position of Head of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee.
Speaking at the assignment, Mr. Nghiem Xuan Thanh - Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee - requested the new Heads of the Board to promote their capacity, together with the collective of the unit to perform well the functions and tasks of the Board.
In particular, the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee is the agency that regularly advises and assists the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee and Standing Committee on Party organization and building, building the political system, cadres and party members, and internal political protection.

Mr. Vo Hoan Hai, born in 1976, from Khanh Hoa. He has held many positions in the locality such as Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Secretary of the Van Ninh District Party Committee, before being appointed as Director of the Department of Education and Training from May 2020.
Mr. Luong Duc Hai, born in 1976, from Khanh Hoa. He has held the following positions: Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, Secretary of the Cam Ranh City Party Committee, Chairman of the Cam Ranh City People's Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee.
