Not only taking on the role of Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union, Ms. Yen is also Deputy Director of the sinh quản department, in charge of arranging production plans for the entire workshop. During her work, she always takes time to grasp the production situation, and at the same time pays attention to working conditions, income, and lives of workers. Issues arising are all recorded and promptly discussed by her with the business leadership to have appropriate solutions, ensuring legitimate rights for workers.

Ms. Yen emphasized that the most important thing learned from Ho Chi Minh's ideology is the spirit of "taking workers as the center". All activities of the Trade Union must originate from the practical benefits of union members, from life, income to the working environment and spirit.
In addition, she always pays attention to a scientific and clear working style, saying and doing, taking practical efficiency as a measure. In Trade Union activities, she also tries to set an example to create positive spillover effects in the collective, helping union members to have more trust and attachment.
Over the past time, grassroots trade unions at enterprises have implemented many practical care activities such as: giving gifts to all union members and workers on the occasions of Lunar New Year, March 8; visiting and supporting workers in difficult and sick circumstances; organizing programs to improve material and spiritual life; launching the emulation movement "good labor, creative labor", encouraging workers to improve techniques and increase productivity.
Not only organizing the movement, Ms. Yen also directly monitors each activity, proactively listens to feedback from employees to promptly propose to company leaders. Thanks to that, many legitimate recommendations of workers are resolved promptly, contributing to creating a more stable and cohesive working environment in the enterprise.
