On the morning of March 14, a working delegation of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor led by Comrade Nguyen Anh Tuan - Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, central mass organizations, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor - visited and worked at Ha Tinh College of Technology.
Accompanying the delegation were comrade Nguyen Xuan Hung - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; comrade Nguyen The Hoan - Chairman of the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation and Vice Chairmen of the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation.
Receiving the delegation were comrades from the Board of Directors of Ha Tinh College of Technology.
During the visit, the working delegation directly visited classrooms, practice areas, and vocational training workshops of the school; exchanged with officials, lecturers and students about vocational training and practice associated with business needs.
According to the school's report, in 2025, Ha Tinh College of Technology organized training for 11,409 people, reaching 129% of the plan, including 555 college students, 1,715 intermediate students, 457 elementary and continuing education students, 1,160 continuing education students; 2,428 automobile students and 5,904 motorcycle students.
The rate of students with jobs after training reached over 80%, especially some professions such as industrial electricity and welding reached over 90%.
Currently, the school has 173 officials, teachers and employees, including 36 masters, 88 university graduates, 35 college graduates; the training facility includes 2 facilities in Tran Phu and Song Tri wards with an area of more than 23 hectares.

Through visiting and listening to reports, Chairman of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Nguyen Anh Tuan acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved by the school in vocational training associated with the needs of businesses and the labor market.
The comrade also requested the school to continue to improve the quality of training, develop key occupations such as automation, robotics, digital technology... contributing to training technical human resources to serve socio-economic development of Ha Tinh province and the region.
The visit shows the concern of the leaders of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor for Ha Tinh College of Technology in training skilled human resources to meet development requirements in the new era.
