Focus on Party development in non-state enterprises

Mr. Do Van Giang, Head of the Production Team of the Sun Technology Import-Export and Production Trading Joint Stock Company, joined the Party when he was doing military service. After being discharged from the army in 2015, he worked at the company and participated in Party activities at the Party cell. The Party cell in the company is under the Party Committee of the Business Bloc of Bac Giang province.

"I always think that as a party member, I must always be exemplary and strive to develop myself. When participating in party cell activities, I get to grasp a lot of information about politics, society and the company's development, which helps me understand and be more confident," Giang shared.

Mr. Giang said that currently, many workers are busy with work and have little opportunity to learn about the Party. Therefore, it is necessary to have measures to propagate and enlighten union members and workers to deeply understand the Party, from which they have the desire and strive to join the Party.

From the perspective of union officials, Mr. Trinh Quang Hieu - Chairman of the Trade Union of Bac Giang LGG Garment Corporation (Lang Giang District, Bac Giang Province) said that party members often participate in training courses to improve their professional skills, contributing to building a united and cooperative working environment, helping to strengthen the bond between union members. In addition, party members can contribute ideas and initiatives to improve production processes, improve work efficiency and labor productivity, contributing to building corporate culture.

According to the Bac Giang Provincial Federation of Labor, in 2024, the grassroots trade unions directly above coordinated to organize 11 Party awareness training courses for 471 outstanding union members who are workers in enterprises; trade unions at all levels introduced 1,872 outstanding union members to the Party for consideration, training and admission, reaching 102.5% of the plan.

Mr. Le Duc Tho, Vice Chairman of the Bac Giang Provincial Federation of Labor, said that in the coming time, in order to develop the Party and recruit more union members and workers into the Party organization, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor will promote propaganda work, raise awareness for Party committees at all levels, cadres, Party members, especially business owners and workers about the position, role, importance, significance and benefits of establishing Party organizations, developing Party members and trade union organizations in enterprises.

Along with that, strengthen propaganda and education on politics, ideology, revolutionary traditions, Party history, homeland and country traditions among workers and laborers to enhance pride in their homeland, trust in the Party's leadership, promote the spirit of self-awareness, emulation in labor, actively participate in movements launched by trade unions and enterprises... thereby discovering and selecting typical, exemplary, and excellent people to consider admitting to the Party...

The Provincial Federation of Labor will promote the role and responsibility of trade unions at all levels in launching emulation movements, thereby discovering and creating sources; selecting workers with good political and moral qualities, completing assigned tasks well, actively participating in enterprise movements, ensuring conditions and standards for assigning party members to propagate and enlighten the masses on the correct motives for joining the Party, and introducing them to the Party cell for training and admission.
