At the spring meeting, wishing Tet to workers, Vice Chairman of Ca Mau Provincial People's Committee Le Van Su acknowledged and praised the results achieved by the Urban Service Center in 2025. In particular, provincial leaders highly appreciated the spirit of responsibility and dedication of the team of workers directly working in a special environment.
According to the Vice Chairman of Ca Mau Provincial People's Committee, the force of environmental sanitation workers, green trees, and urban lighting has been working silently in difficult conditions, especially at night, on holidays, Tet and major events of the province, contributing to maintaining a clean, beautiful, and civilized urban appearance.

Sharing the difficulties of workers, Mr. Le Van Su proposed that the Urban Service Center continue to develop a reasonable shift assignment plan, with clear information for people to share with sanitation workers by littering in the right place and at the right time. Thereby, raising community awareness in urban environmental protection.
Provincial leaders also requested the unit to continue to improve the quality of urban service provision, focusing on environmental sanitation, drainage, green trees and urban lighting, creating a solid foundation to enter a new development phase with appropriate operating mechanisms.
In addition to professional tasks, the Center needs to pay attention to fully implementing regimes and policies for workers; take care of material and spiritual life; pay attention to labor safety, and fully equip protective equipment during work.
On this occasion, the Provincial People's Committee presented 300 Tet gifts to workers and laborers of the Urban Service Center, each worth 1 million VND. At the same time, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the unit to review 15 workers in particularly difficult circumstances so that the Provincial People's Committee can continue to provide additional Tet gifts.
The spring gifts are of practical significance, showing the concern of provincial leaders for the workforce directly performing tasks, contributing to encouraging workers to feel secure in their commitment and complete their work well in the new year.
