The program "Vietnamese Workers Say No to Drugs - Million Hearts, a Determination" co-organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Ministry of Public Security will take place in Hai Phong in September. The venue is the Viet Tiep Friendship Labor Cultural Palace.
Among them, 2 main activities organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Ministry of Public Security are a special art night program and a launching ceremony for the campaign to prevent and combat drugs among workers, taking place on the evening of September 18, with the participation of more than 2,000 delegates, union members and workers of Hai Phong City.
Along with that is the program "Vietnamese Workers Resolutely Say No to Drugs" organized with an expected scale of about 1,500 people on the morning of September 19. This is an activity to raise awareness and responsibility of union members and workers in drug prevention and control, contributing to building a safe and healthy working environment.
In addition, the Hai Phong City Labor Federation plans to organize a number of response and sideline activities such as the "Trade Union Welfare - Accompanying Workers" space with about 50 booths, operating from September 17 to 20, providing essential goods and services at preferential prices for union members and workers. At this program, the City Labor Federation is expected to issue 10,000 shopping vouchers to union members worth 200,000 VND/voucher.
On the evening of September 19, the "Hai Phong Workers - Belief and Aspiration" art festival will take place, creating a space for exchange and spiritual cultural activities for workers. Closing the series of activities, on the morning of September 20, a free eye exam program and voluntary blood donation will be organized with a scale of about 2,000 people.

At the working session, delegates discussed and contributed opinions on the event venue, stage, lighting, gates, booth arrangement... At the same time, adjusted some contents in the scripts of the 2 main programs as well as the mobilization of union members, workers as well as police officers and soldiers to participate...
Concluding the working session, Standing Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Ngo Duy Hieu requested relevant units to consider and study the scenario in terms of both content, space, and time.

With the morning program on September 19th, consider removing the business signing part, replacing it with activities focusing on workers, creating an atmosphere like a festival for workers.
The organizing unit researched performances that connected a large number of workers, supplementing slogan chanting activities of the program to create a vibrant atmosphere among union members.
Regarding the content of welfare booths, the Standing Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor requested that booths must be selected appropriately, essential items, meeting the needs of the people and workers. At the same time, he reminded booths of the attitude of serving union members, ensuring that workers have a fun, comfortable, and complete shopping and sightseeing experience.
After this working session, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor will also have an official document assigning specific tasks to departments as well as the Hai Phong City Labor Federation. During this time, the City Labor Federation will proactively compile a list of workers participating in the program, paying attention to selecting enthusiastic, responsible union members with good discipline; arrange a team of workers to participate in the performances at the program...
