In the field of health, Military Hospital 103 - Military Medical Academy (Ministry of National Defense) is honored for its role as the leading flag in paving the way and writing miraculous chapters of history for Vietnam's organ transplantation industry, reviving the lives of critically ill patients and constantly raising the level of national medicine.
Major General Luong Cong Thuc - Director of Military Hospital 103 - shared that for the second time being honored at the Vietnam Glory Program, he personally as well as the collective of officers, soldiers, staff, and employees of Military Hospital 103 feel very honored.

The Department of Major Crimes, Criminal Police Department, Ministry of Public Security, is also one of the 8 collectives honored at the 2026 Glory of Vietnam Program. The Department of Major Crimes is the main unit in the fight against organized crime, transnational crime and particularly serious cases. Over the years, the unit has made many outstanding achievements, especially in the period 2023-2025, when deploying synchronously many modern professional measures, proactively identifying, accurately forecasting the situation and effectively fighting dangerous criminal gangs.
The unit has advised on many innovative, scientific and practical solutions; focusing on handling complex routes, areas, and fields, thereby significantly reducing the number of cases, seriousness, and social consequences of crimes. Many major cases have been successfully solved, not only dismantling dangerous gangs but also creating a legal and professional precedent for local police to unify and apply.

Imbued with President Ho Chi Minh's teaching: "Emulation is patriotism, patriotism must be emulation", the spirit of patriotic emulation has converged like a revolutionary waterfall, bringing the Vietnamese nation through countless difficulties and challenges, going from one victory to another.
