Workers benefit from online recruitment
The application of digital technology in recruitment is gradually changing workers' job-seeking habits, helping them access information faster, more conveniently and more proactively in job selection.
Worker Thach Hoa Minh (born in 1987, from Tra Cu commune) said that he had just applied to work at Lefaso Tra Vinh Industrial Investment and Production Joint Stock Company (Tra Cu commune, Vinh Long province) after Tet until now.
According to Ms. Minh, before, every time she looked for a job, she had to go directly to each company to ask for recruitment information, then prepare the application, which took a lot of time and effort to travel around.
Currently, just accessing social networks or recruitment information pages of businesses in the area they want to work in can grasp specific needs.
See which position they are recruiting for, if it is suitable, call and discuss first before submitting applications, it is much faster and more convenient," Ms. Minh shared.

Not only Ms. Minh, many young workers also appreciate job seeking on the online environment, which helps save time and be more proactive in choosing a job.
Mr. Tran Gia Huy - a worker at Mega Surplus Vietnam Garment Co., Ltd. - said that online job search helps access information faster and more diversely than the traditional way.
According to Mr. Huy, just a smartphone with internet connection can find many job opportunities, compare conditions and salaries before deciding to apply.
Without having to travel to many places as before, I can still choose a suitable job, reduce costs and avoid unnecessary time wasted," Mr. Huy added.
Businesses promote recruitment through digital platforms
Reality shows that digital transformation in recruitment not only brings benefits to workers but also helps businesses significantly improve recruitment efficiency.
Mr. Le Duy Khuong - General Director of Lefaso Tra Vinh Industrial Investment and Production Joint Stock Company - said that the enterprise currently needs to recruit about 1,000 unskilled workers. Recruitment demand is increasing to meet production progress when orders in the first 6 months of 2026 increased by nearly 20% compared to the same period.
Mr. Khuong said that up to now, the company has recruited about 400 workers, of which more than 90% know recruitment information through the company's Facebook page. "Currently, we limit the distribution of leaflets because they easily generate waste, mainly providing information through the network and internal workers to introduce relatives and acquaintances," Mr. Khuong said.
According to Mr. Khuong, this approach not only helps save costs but also improves the effectiveness of reaching the right workers in need, significantly reducing recruitment time. The application of digital platforms also helps businesses filter dossiers faster and proactively connect with suitable candidates right from the initial stage.

From the perspective of state management, digital transformation in recruitment is also being concerned and supported by functional sectors to connect labor supply and demand more effectively.
Ms. Doan Thi Phuc - Deputy Director of Vinh Long Provincial Department of Home Affairs - said that currently businesses need about 29,238 workers, of which 26,574 are unskilled workers.
According to Ms. Phuc, recruitment demand is concentrated in Binh Minh, Hoa Phu, Giao Long industrial parks, with a large number and diverse requirements for industries.
In addition to organizing periodic job transaction sessions, Vinh Long Employment Service Center also regularly updates recruitment information on online platforms. "The application of digital technology helps workers access information faster and more transparently, while supporting businesses to recruit timely and effectively," Ms. Phuc added.
