On the morning of May 28, Gia Lai Provincial Police coordinated with the Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) to organize a legal propaganda conference to respond to Workers' Month 2026; giving gifts to union members and workers (ĐV, NLĐ) in difficult circumstances working at enterprises in Nhon Hoa Industrial Park (An Nhon Nam ward).
At the conference, officials of professional units of the Provincial Police propagated and disseminated skills to prevent "black credit", social evils among workers; drug prevention; fire safety and escape skills; identifying online fraud tricks. The activity aims to raise awareness and awareness of law compliance for business owners and employees; contributing to ensuring labor safety, and caring for the legitimate rights and interests of employees.
Through propaganda work, functional forces help workers identify methods and tricks of law violations to proactively prevent and contribute to maintaining security and order at enterprises, serving socio-economic development.
Colonel Pham Huu Truong - Deputy Director of Gia Lai Provincial Police - said that this is a practical activity to promote propaganda and legal education; raise awareness for officials, party members, business owners and employees in preventing, detecting, and fighting against law violations, contributing to ensuring security and order in the area.
According to Colonel Truong, responding to Workers' Month should not only stop at slogans but also be concretized by practical actions associated with each position and task. Each official, employee, and laborer needs to improve their sense of responsibility, actively participate and spread the movement in the enterprise.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Thuy - Standing Vice President of Gia Lai Provincial Labor Federation - emphasized that the legal propaganda conference is a practical activity, of direct significance to union members and workers in Workers' Month 2026.
According to Ms. Thuy, crimes, illegal acts and social risks are currently becoming increasingly complex with many new tricks. Therefore, direct propaganda is necessary to help workers understand legal regulations correctly and improve skills to prevent risks in daily life.
For the Trade Union organization, propaganda and dissemination of laws, raising awareness for union members and workers are regular and long-term tasks," Ms. Thuy affirmed.
Ms. Thuy requested grassroots trade unions, businesses and workers to continue to spread the knowledge that has been acquired to colleagues, relatives and the community where they reside; build a safe working environment and strictly comply with the law.
On this occasion, the Provincial Labor Federation presented 35 gifts; Gia Lai Provincial Police mobilized Van Phat Tissue Paper Joint Stock Company, Anh Duc Paper Joint Stock Company and Nhon Hoa Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Co., Ltd. to support an additional 40 gifts for union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
