On November 17, the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor announced that the Trade Union of Appareltech Ha Tinh Garment Company Limited has just held the 3rd Congress of Delegates, term 2025 - 2030, with the participation of comrade Tang Thi Linh Chi - Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor; representatives of professional departments of the Provincial Federation of Labor, the Economic Zone Trade Union; the Company's Board of Directors and 72 delegates representing union members and workers.
During the 2023 - 2025 term, the Company's Trade Union has implemented many practical care activities, creating an impression on 100% foreign-invested enterprises. The Trade Union coordinates to sign and supervise the implementation of Collective Labor Agreements with many provisions higher than those prescribed by law; fully monitor salary, bonus, skills upgrade, and welfare regimes.
The work of caring for the health of workers is carried out seriously when 100% of union members receive periodic health check-ups and occupational diseases; female workers are given attention to reproductive health care and the working environment. Based on the proposal of the Trade Union, the Company has invested nearly 4 billion VND to improve working conditions, upgrade kitchens, organize cultural - sports activities, sightseeing... contributing to improving the spiritual life of workers.
Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Tang Thi Linh Chi acknowledged the efforts of the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union and the active coordination of the Board of Directors. He suggested that the new term Trade Union continue to promote its role as a representative, caring for the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members; focusing on training and improving skills to meet production requirements; accompanying businesses in expanding high-value orders, creating stable jobs and improving income for workers.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of the 3rd term, consisting of 13 comrades and elected a delegation to attend the 20th Congress of the Trade Union of Ha Tinh province, term 2025 - 2030.
With the solidarity and determination of the new Executive Board, the Appareltech Ha Tinh Trade Union aims to continue to innovate operations, improve the quality of care, build harmonious and stable labor relations, contributing to the sustainable development of the enterprise.
