On September 8, the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation organized a conference to deploy tasks to prepare for recording the first episode of the program "9th Hour" in 2026.
The program "9th Hour" in 2026 organized by the Provincial Labor Federation in coordination with Bac Ninh Newspaper and Radio, Television includes 2 episodes. The first episode has the theme "Colors of Integration", recorded in September; the second episode with the theme "Connection and Development", is expected to be recorded and broadcast in November.
Each number has 3 participating teams, each team consisting of 5 members, of which 2 are foreign workers.
At the conference, members of the organizing committee and representatives of 3 grassroots trade unions selected to participate in recording the first episode (including trade unions of 3 limited liability companies: Fukang Technology, Lingyi Vietnam, Interplex Hanoi) jointly researched scripts and exchanged views on the content of the competitions.
Through this, delegates analyzed and contributed ideas to ensure that the program is on the right topic, suitable for participants, and at the same time create a lively atmosphere of exchange and competition.
According to the plan, the teams will participate in 4 parts of the competition including "Hello", "Cultural Ambassador", "Writing Quiz" and "Talent".
In which, "Cultural Ambassador" is the highlight when foreign workers directly share their feelings and experiences about the country, people and culture of Vietnam, especially Bac Ninh - Kinh Bac culture.
Mr. Thach Van Chung - Member of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation emphasized at the conference that the Trade Union organization always accompanies workers, contributing to creating sustainable values, thereby increasing attractiveness to investors.
Bac Ninh has many FDI enterprises operating with a large number of workers and laborers.
Therefore, building a program with "integration colors" not only creates a cultural and spiritual playground but also opens up more space for exchange between Vietnamese workers and foreign workers, together towards a united, respectful and developing working environment.
Representatives of grassroots trade unions all expressed excitement when being selected to participate in the first issue of the program.
Units are actively preparing for each competition section.
Although facing difficulties in selecting team members who are foreigners due to language barriers, the grassroots trade union will study to build appropriate game content, ensuring the goal of spreading the theme of the program is "Colors of Integration".
