According to the Bac Ninh Provincial Police Electronic Information Portal, on the evening of August 30, 2026, during the Then Singing Festival, Dan Tinh and An Lac Commune Sports Festival 2026, the An Lac Commune Police force, Bac Ninh province discovered a stray child, mentally panicked amidst a crowd of people.
The working group to ensure security and order at the festival calmed down, encouraged the child to calm down and quickly verified and clarified, and contacted the child's relatives and family. In a short time, the commune police promptly handed over the child safely to relatives.
At about 10:00 PM on the same day, An Lac Commune Police received a brown leather wallet picked up by Ms. Tran Thi Duc (born in 1991, residing in Le Vien village, An Lac commune) while moving on the way. Inside the wallet were cash and some personal papers in the name of Mr. Vi Van Bao (born in 1975, residing in Phe village, Van Son commune).
Immediately after receiving the information, An Lac Commune Police quickly verified, contacted the owner and completed the return of the above property to Mr. Vi Van Bao.
