Bac Ninh Provincial Inspectorate has announced inspection decisions on the management and use of redundant houses and land in communes and wards of the province.

On September 8, information from the Bac Ninh Provincial Inspectorate said that this agency has organized the announcement of inspection decisions on the compliance with the law in the management and use of redundant, vacant, and unused houses and land for more than 12 consecutive months in communes and wards of the province.

At the conferences, the 4 Heads of the Inspection Team announced the Inspection Decisions and deployed the plan to conduct inspections.

The content of the inspection focused on the compliance with the law in the management and use of surplus, vacant, and unused houses and land for more than 12 consecutive months; the compliance with the law on public asset management and regulations on preventing and combating wastefulness for houses and land assigned to management and use.

The inspection period is determined from the time the house and land facility is not used to the present time; relevant contents can be considered before this period if necessary. The inspection period is 15 working days, from the date of announcement of the inspection decision.

Through the inspection results, it contributes to improving the effectiveness of state management according to the provisions of law. This activity is not only aimed at handling violations but also at preventing, warning and guiding inspected units to standardize professional procedures.

Thereby, helping agencies and units proactively self-inspect, review, and prevent the risk of violations early and remotely, ensuring that state assets and resources are used for the right purpose, economically and effectively.

Previously, through review, it was found that Bac Ninh province had 322 redundant, vacant or unused houses and land continuously for more than 12 months.
