On April 23, the program was held with the topics: "Vietnamese workers pioneering in entering a new era"; "Strengthening assessment, identifying risks and proactively implementing measures to ensure occupational safety and hygiene at the workplace".
The event attracted a large number of workers, civil servants, and laborers in Bao Loc city to participate.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Manh - Chairman of Bao Loc City Labor Federation - emphasized that Workers' Month is an occasion to honor workers, civil servants and laborers.

This is also an opportunity to organize many practical activities associated with the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers. Thereby, contributing to promoting propaganda and dissemination of the Party's guidelines and the State's laws and policies to workers throughout the city.
Through activities during Workers' Month, trade unions at all levels will focus on taking care of the material and spiritual life of workers. Thereby, contributing to protecting their rights and motivating them to work with peace of mind, and develop sustainably with businesses and localities.
In particular, this is also an opportunity for union officials, union members and workers to demonstrate patriotism, determination to overcome difficulties, compete in creative labor, contributing to building units and enterprises to become stronger and stronger.
In the coming time, Bao Loc City Labor Federation will coordinate with relevant agencies to propagate and guide grassroots unions to effectively implement measures to ensure occupational safety and hygiene. From there, spreading the motto "Knowing together, working together, being safe together, winning together and enjoying together" in the business community.

At the same time, emulation movements, innovation, and application of technology in production will continue to be promoted to improve labor productivity and work efficiency at agencies, units, and enterprises.
Bao Loc City Labor Federation will also organize a sports festival for workers, civil servants, and laborers to improve health, connect passion, and enhance exchanges and learning between cadres, union members, and laborers.
On this occasion, Bao Loc City Labor Federation commended 2 collectives and 8 individuals with outstanding achievements in emulation movements. At the same time, 80 gifts (each worth 500,000 VND) were presented to workers and laborers in difficult circumstances in the city.
